Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employment Paralegal to join the top tier employment practice of this leading international law firm in Hong Kong. The team handles non- contentious and advisory matters for clients such as international investment banks, financial institutions, insurers, government agencies and multinational corporates. Working alongside a team of extremely knowledgeable and seasoned lawyers you will provide expert advice covering a wide range of employment law matters for Hong Kong and international jurisdictions

Experience and Skills

• Expertise in employment law matters for Hong Kong and other APAC jurisdictions
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Chinese, with excellent drafting skills
• Keen to take ownership and demonstrate high level of commercial awareness
• Able to work independently and provide practical, commercial solutions
