Position Overview:
As an EDM Lawyer, you will be responsible for line managing a team of EDM paralegals and overseeing their work undertaken using the firm’s RelativityOne platform. Your role will involve both hands-on management of electronic data, supervision and leadership to the team to meet both internal and external client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the electronic data management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Oversee the work undertaken using RelativityOne for e-discovery purposes, including data processing, document review, and production as part of larger projects.
Develop and implement best practices for electronic data management and e-discovery workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand case requirements and develop tailored strategies for electronic data management.
Qualifications:
Qualified lawyer with at least 1-2 years substantial experience in electronic data management and e-discovery.
Demonstrated expertise in utilising RelativityOne, with experience in managing large-scale projects and teams within the platform.
Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
