Corporate Counsel

SOLE LEGAL COUNSEL – SCALE UP – E/COMMERCE/TECH/CONSUMER

I am partnering exclusively with an incredibly exciting e-commerce company that has exploded internationally and is now focusing on its UK launch. An innovative and forward-thinking business their ethos is to make luxury items accessible to all in a truly ethical and sustainable way.

The General Counsel in the USA (who this role reports to) is looking for the first UK counsel to join them on the ground and help build out the team and operations as they continue to scale up.

What are they looking for?

· Strong law firm training with broad in-house experience across commercial, employment, e-commerce & privacy

· Experience setting up & scaling processes/playbooks

· Experience in a high-growth business within ecommerce, tech or consumer brand

· Experience in product compliance/regulatory is incredibly beneficial

· Broad PQE range 6-12 years PQE+
