- Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000 base salary plus bonuses
- Billable hour requirement: 1900 annually

Qualifications:
- 3-8+ years’ experience as an Attorney in Commercial Litigation
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Strong academic credentials and job tenure
- Extensive experience in taking depositions, writing motions, and responding to discovery
- Strong research, writing, communication, and advocacy skills
