An exceptional opportunity has arisen at our client, a leading international City law firm. The firm’s top ranked Technology team is seeking an experienced solicitor to provide support during a period of maternity leave initially for 6-months.
This is your chance to work on high-profile, cutting-edge technology deals for global clients. You’ll focus on transactional work rather than advisory, across areas such as:
- Technology and telecoms
- Outsourcing arrangements
- SaaS and cloud contracting
About You:
- 4+ years PQE
- Strong experience in commercial IT and technology transactions gained at a top-tier or international law firm
- Ability to hit the ground running and manage complex deals with minimal supervision
- Commercially astute and confident in client-facing roles
