Banking & Finance Solicitor – International Firm

Our client one of the leading International Firms in the Irish market is looking to expand its Banking & Finance team by hiring a mid to senior Associate.

The team have extensive experience advising on a broad spectrum of lenders and borrowers on a range of domestic and cross-border finance transactions including real estate investment and development finance, fund finance, corporate debt, leveraged and acquisition finance, refinancings and restructurings. Associates will enjoy an unrivalled exposure to quality and visible transactions and will be provided the opportunity to build their profile in the market.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE in a Banking or Finance team at a reputable firm or from a relevant in-house role.
