About the Role
We are seeking an experienced construction lawyer to advise on:
- preparing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts for building and engineering projects
- advising on contractual risk and project delivery structures
- working with major industry players across a variety of sectors
- mentoring junior lawyers and engaging directly with clients
This role provides strong mentorship, career development opportunities, and the flexibility to work autonomously while collaborating within a leading construction team.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for lawyers with:
- 3-4 years’ experience in front-end construction matters
- strong knowledge of standard form contracts and project documentation
- excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a commercial approach
- the ability to manage client relationships and provide pragmatic legal solutions
- strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
