Solicitor – Litigation (1-3 PQE)

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Handle complex corporate disputes, focusing on insolvency matters for large-scale corporations
* Represent corporate clients in insolvency proceedings, including restructuring and enforcement actions
* Work closely with corporate clients, including major banks and insolvency practitioner firms, providing high-quality service and strategic legal advice
* Assist in complex insolvency disputes, including high-stakes court proceedings, negotiation strategies, and settlements
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:
We are looking for an experienced lawyer with:
* 1-3 years post-admission experience within litigation
* Strong client management skills
* Strategic and critical thinking capability
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage a high volume of work and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
