Our client, a top international school seeks to hire its first U.S. based attorney with at least 5 years of experience to serve as Senior Legal Counsel for the Americas region. This hire will join a robust global legal team; and will sit in the U.S. headquarters located in downtown Miami on a 3-day in-the-office hybrid schedule.

This is a dynamic role and will encompass any and all legal issues that touch the organization; including commercial contracts, real estate, litigation, privacy, and more. This hire will have well-rounded in-house experience as well as training from a top international law firm. This hire should be comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, minimizing risk and issue spotting.

The salary is commensurate with experience.
