Senior Legal Counsel
My client, a high-growth telecommunications company, have an exciting opportunity for a senior lawyer to join their General Counsel in running the legal function of this fast-paced business.
The role will be pivotal, providing strategic legal guidance across sales, marketing, technology, and regulatory fronts. From negotiating contracts to tackling complex legal challenges, this role will be instrumental in driving the business forward.
In this newly created role, you will be the main point of contact for the B2C arm of the business working closely with the customer engagement, sales, procurement, and regulatory teams. The role offers great exposure across the business.
This role would best suit a confident and competent individual who has worked in a senior role, managing internal stakeholders, and is comfortable doing so.
The ideal candidate would have around 5+ years of in-house commercial contracts experience, preferably within the UK telecoms or utilities sectors. Regulatory experience would be advantageous though is not essential.
