Our client is a leading international firm with a real estate group spanning 40 countries across Europe, the US, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

The firm has a dedicated team of Knowledge Partners supported by a team of Knowledge Professionals to deliver it’s Internatioanl Quality Strategy across each practice group and sector.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to join a thriving international practice as a Real Estate Knowledge Development Lawyer and work closely within colleagues in the Real Estate Knowledge team, partners and fee earners in the UK real estate practice and support the international practice.

This role can be based in Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds and offers flexible working.

Your Role:

As a Real Estate Knowledge Development Lawyer, you will take a leading role in developing, updating and maintaining the real estate group’s standard documents and technical legal/practical know-how guidance for England and Wales.
You will also work closely with the firm’s automation team to automate suites of standard documents, where appropriate.
Utilisation of standard documents and guidance to support the international practice.
Collaborate and support the other knowledge development lawyers in co-ordinating, preparing, updating and delivering (or supporting others to deliver) comprehensive training programmes.
Monitoring industry developments and sharing insights with the team.
Contributing to the creation of thought leadership content and publications.

Qualifications:

Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in real estate law
Strong academic background, with a law degree from a reputable institution
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
Prior experience in knowledge management or professional development is preferred but not required
