Projects/Construction Lawyer (1-3 PQE)

Outstanding role for a junior to mid-level lawyer with demonstrable experience of projects / infrastructure development and construction matters.

Experience of real estate development work is also desirable as well as experience of project finance work (e.g. preparation of finance documents agreements for new infrastructure projects).

The ideal candidate will have project documents (power purchase agreements, land lease agreements, shareholders‘ agreements, fuel supply agreements) as well as a solid understanding and experience in providing advice in relation to bespoke EPC contracts as well as FIDIC (Red, Yellow and Silver Books) forms, and O&M contracts.

Regional experience would be great but those of the region are very much encouraged to get in touch.
