Legal Counsel (LNG)
About the company:
An exciting opportunity to join a UK-based LNG company, who provide around 20% of the UK’s natural gas needs. This company enable the UK to access gas supplies, transported as LNG, from around the world.
About the role:
To provide advice on a broad range of legal issues across every aspect of the company’s operations and to ensure compliance with a sophisticated legal and regulatory framework including international considerations.
About you:
The ideal candidate will be 2+ PQE with experience in oil & gas and in-house (ideally focussed on transactions, projects, commodity trading or shipping).
