Legal Counsel – Derivatives/ Prime Brokerage

Brokerage arm of a leading global investment manager seeking a derivatives/ prime brokerage legal counsel to join legal team.

You will work closely with the General Counsel to assist the business on a wide variety of legal matters across the full range of products and business lines including commodities, FX, stock lending and equities. This will include supporting the GC in all work and advising on the full range of documentation for the business. The ideal candidate will be a derivatives/ prime brokerage lawyer with experience in commercail contracts. Previous in-house experience in an advisory role at a London financial institution is required.

An agile, collegiate environment and good breadth of work are on offer. You will work closely with and be integral to the business. You will have a strong background in capital markets or asset management at a top firm or in-house.

This position is based in London and is offered on a hybrid-working basis with one day a week from home (after completion of probation). Competitive salary and excellent benefits on offer.
