About the role:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support for the Law Department in the EMEA region, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense handling, invoice management, and archiving.
- Collaborating with the Legal Operations Team on budgeting for the Global Law Department and EMEA team.
- Supporting expenditure and matter management processes, including vendor onboarding, invoice oversight, and compliance.
- Manage Brightflag training and the region’s billing system.
- Ensuring process adherence in the region in coordination with Legal Operations.
- Resolving invoice payment issues with finance teams.
- Assisting with corporate secretarial tasks and document legalization/authentication.
About you:
- Proven success in supporting Legal Executives in a global environment.
- Attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Independent workload and project management.
- Able to collaborate with the Global Law Department and other functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems, Gsuite, and billing portals.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
