In-house Data Protection Lawyer

A fantastic opportunity for an In-house Data Protection Lawyer in a London based law firm, ideally 4-5 PQE.

Reporting to the firm’s Director of Risk, the focus of the role is to develop and manage data protection, privacy and cyber security of the firm. This will suit a qualified lawyer working in-house for a law or professional services firm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing the firm’s data protection compliance programme
• Managing and responding to cyber security risks
• Responding to information security client audits
• Managing subject access requests
• Reviewing data protection clauses in terms and supplier contracts
