NQ Health & Social Care Regulatory Solicitor

Taylor Root is instructed on behalf of a top tier national Healthcare specialist firm that is keen to recruit a NQ+ Healthcare Inquests and Advisory solicitor to join their busy teams.

The firm are very well regarded in the Health & Social Care sector and the work they cover includes complex litigation in the Court of Protection, human rights, inquests, mental health, safeguarding, patient safety, serious incident response, complaints and disputes, HSE/CQC inspection and enforcement, education, children law.

Ideally you will be a NQ solicitor with healthcare regulatory / inquests experience. The partners are also keen to hear from qualified solicitors with experience in public inquiry, criminal inquest experience or children law, not limited to care proceedings, but dealing with education, disability, SEN, school admissions that would be interested in this area of work. Partners would equally encourage solicitors from local authority, public sector with experience adult/children health & social care experience to apply.
