About the Role
As a funds paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client’s market-leading funds practice. Responsibilities will include assisting with the set-up, management and disposal of various funds, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing general administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months‘ previous experience working as a funds paralegal within another highly recognised funds practice. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
