Employment Solicitor – Leading Law Firm – 12 month FTC
Taylor Root have recently partnered with a leading London law firm in their search for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join them on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract.
The Firm
Our client is a long established and leading London law firm who service a wide range of businesses and private individuals including multinational, public and private companies, partnerships, public sector organizations and high-net worth individuals.
The Team
The firms Employment Team have previously been recommended by the Legal 500 covering all areas of employment law. This includes the termination of employment, grievance/disciplinary issues, discrimination, employment status and employment/consultancy agreements, directors‘ services agreements, TUPE transfers, restrictive covenants and issuing and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. The team also cover corporate support on transactional matters.
The Role
You will actively assist in developing the practice by working mainly on their own files and with others on larger transactions. This will include contentious and non-contentious matters, client contact occasionally corporate support. The firm operate a 3 days in the office 2 from home policy.
The Ideal Candidate
The firm are looking to hire in the range of 3-6 PQE however they are happy to be flexible at the more senior end. This role is also open to UK, New Zealand & Australian qualified lawyers. Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters is the preference.
