Corporate Tax Solicitor – International Law Firm
Our client, an international law firm based in London, is seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Solicitor with between 1 and 5 years of post-qualified experience (PQE) to join their reputable Tax & Incentives team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:
As a Corporate Tax Solicitor, you’ll be working alongside partners and associates to provide expert tax advice to clients across the firm. Your responsibilities will include advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity structuring, corporate and IP/IT structuring, funds work, financing transactions, and domestic and international tax advisory matters. You’ll also have the opportunity to take an active role in business development initiatives and the development of training programs for the group and wider firm.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of PQE, with experience in transactional UK corporate tax work
- UK-qualified solicitor or barrister
- Strong academics and technical ability
- Excellent client management and communication skills
