The Role:

As a construction disputes associate/senior associate, you will play a pivotal role in their construction team, handling a diverse range of disputes within the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include:

– Advising clients on construction disputes, including breach of contract, defects, payment disputes, and professional negligence.
– Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing strategic advice to clients.
– Representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings.
– Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

Requirements:
