Company Secretarial Director

Taylor Root has been exclusively instructed on a Company Secretarial Director role with an affiliate of one of the world’s largest alternative investment firms and their multiple real estate portfolio companies.

Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will involve:

• Company secretarial and directorship responsibility for UK property companies
• Overseeing offshore service providers
• Overseeing governance matters for UK property companies, including registration of overseas entities
• Collaboration with the Luxembourg team

Our client is seeking someone with a minimum of 10 years‘ relevant experience in a company secretarial role (UK & Jersey experience), as well as experience acting as director for propcos, a keen eye for detail and proactive approach to working both in a team and independently. Candidates should be either CGI qualified or a qualified lawyer.

You will be joining a supportive and friendly team with a great office culture. The company has a hybrid policy, which consists of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
