Our client, a prestigious international law firm seeking a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a standout opportunity to work on complex, cross-border transactions with a practice that’s evenly split between sponsor-side and lender-side mandates.
The role:
- Leading on complex facility agreements and English law security packages
- Acting for both borrowers and lenders across a wide range of high-value real estate finance deals
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders, including Legal Directors and Partners, across multiple jurisdictions
- Managing your own caseload while mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years’ PQE in Real Estate Finance from a recognised top City or US/international law firm
- Proven experience with complex, multi-jurisdictional financing structures
- Strong drafting skills and the ability to run deals with minimal supervision
- A team player with commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
