An elite US firm with one of the leading funds practices in London is looking to hire junior to mid-level associates into its funds team. The team is ranked in the top tiers by Legal 500 and Chambers UK.

This is an opportunity to work with leading practitioners in investment funds. Their funds team advises investment managers, with a particular focus on private equity, private credit, venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure. They works with clients ranging from first-time fund managers through to major financial institutions across the full lifecycle of private funds.

This role will suit lawyers with a minimum of 1.5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience from a recognised investment funds practice. The successful candidate will have strong drafting skills and commercial awareness as well as a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. UK-qualified lawyers preferred, but exceptional candidates from Common Law jurisdictions will be considered.
