Environmental Solicitor – Top 10 Global Law Firm (London)

Start: ASAP | Duration: 2-3 months | PAYE/Umbrella | Daily or Hourly Rate

Our client, a prestigious Top 10 international law firm is seeking a talented Environmental Solicitor for 2-3 months on an interim basis.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a market-leading Environmental & ESG practice, advising high-profile clients across energy, infrastructure, and corporate sectors on cutting-edge regulatory and transactional matters.

The Role

You’ll be advising on a broad range of environmental and ESG issues, including:

  • ESG disclosure and compliance with emerging legislation
  • Product safety, non-compliance notifications, and recalls
  • Environmental and health & safety due diligence for major transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating SPAs, warranties, and indemnities
  • Supporting civil and criminal litigation, including corporate manslaughter cases
  • Delivering internal and external training on ESG developments

What We’re Looking For

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor (4+ PQE – no upper limit)
  • Strong background in environmental law, or ESG gained at a highly regarded law firm
  • Solid transactional and regulatory experience
  • Confident communicator with excellent drafting skills
  • Able to start immediately and hit the ground running
