Our client is a leading wealth manager looking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.

In this role you will advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work in the EMEA region.

Work will include employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation. You will also advise on regulatory projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR and Modern Slavery Act.

You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE ideally gained In-House at a leading Financial Services organisation (buy-side ideally).
