An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Technology Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join the top ranked Technology practice of our client, a Top 50 City law firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
This is a rare chance to join a market-recognised practice that advises an impressive client base ranging from innovative technology businesses and high-growth companies through to established multinational organisations operating across a broad range of sectors.
The team is seeking a lawyer with strong experience advising on broad commercial technology matters, including:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) regulation
- AdTech and online advertising matters
- Consumer law and consumer-facing digital products
- Commercial contracts relating to technology products and services
The successful individual will work closely with leading technology partners on handling a varied workload at the forefront of legal and regulatory developments relating to the technology sector.
Requirements
- Qualified Technology Solicitor with ideally 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent)
- Strong commercial technology experience gained within a highly regarded law firm
- Experience advising on AI, regulatory, AdTech, and consumer law matters is an advantage but is not essential
- Excellent drafting, technical and stakeholder management skills
