The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Associate to join a dynamic Banking & Finance team. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value transactions including structured finance, securitisation, acquisition finance, and general corporate lending. You will take a lead role on matters, enjoy significant client interaction, and work alongside market-leading partners on both domestic and cross-border deals.
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ PQE within banking and finance
- Expertise in securitisation and structured finance is essential
- Additional exposure to corporate finance, asset-based lending or derivatives advantageous
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and lead transactions
- A collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring juniors
