The Role
A superb opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Principal Associate to join the Housing Development and Regeneration team, advising on all aspects of affordable housing ownership, development and investment. The work will involve title due diligence, land acquisition, property development, and portfolio acquisition and disposal for a mix of registered providers, local authorities and investors. The role offers exposure to major projects, a high calibre client base, and the chance to develop deep sector expertise in a growing and dynamic practice area.
What They’re Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in affordable housing, development, or commercial real estate
- Strong technical knowledge across acquisitions, disposals, and property development
- A proactive, client-focused approach and ability to build strong relationships
- Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues across real estate, planning, construction, and corporate teams
- Commitment to personal growth and a long-term career in a thriving practice
