The Role
You will join a highly ranked planning team, advising on all aspects of planning law relating to major developments and infrastructure projects. The work includes both contentious and non-contentious matters, such as complex development consent orders, compulsory purchase, strategic regeneration schemes, and planning disputes. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most significant planning and infrastructure projects in the market.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-6 years’ PQE in planning law from a reputable firm or relevant in-house environment
- Experience of major regeneration or infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of DCOs, compulsory purchase, and judicial review
- A strong mix of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and client-handling skills
