A global leader in commercial services is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team.

About the role:

As Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, guidance, direction and strategic partnership across a wide variety of legal and compliance matters across the EMEA business. You will provide legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including complex cross-border reorganisations, legal entity rationalisations, capital reductions, financings, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions, primarily across the UK and EMEA.

About you:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 PQE, having trained either in a top UK law firm or in-house. Ideally you have experience of working in a commercial in-house environment. Previous experience gained in-house is desirable but not essential. Experience of working on multi-jurisdictional matters with a geographically dispersed teams would be positive. This role would suit someone who is commercially astute and who thrives in a fast-paced, complex and high performing environment.
