What you’ll be doing:
As part of a high-performing in-house legal team, you will:
- Advise on a broad range of oil & gas, energy and infrastructure transactions.
- Support complex joint ventures and strategic partnerships involving major international energy companies and stakeholders.
- Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial, engineering, construction and operational agreements.
- Partner closely with senior business leaders to provide commercially focused legal advice.
- Identify, assess and mitigate legal and commercial risks across major projects and investments.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects that are critical to business growth and long-term strategy.
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in these roles, you’ll typically bring:
- Qualification in a common law jurisdiction.
- Approximately 5-15 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Experience gained within leading international law firms and/or multinational corporate environments.
- Strong expertise advising on complex oil & gas, energy or infrastructure transactions.
- A proven ability to navigate sophisticated commercial arrangements involving NOCs, IOCs, EPC contractors, service providers or government-related entities.
- Commercial awareness, strong stakeholder management skills, and the confidence to operate within fast-paced, high-profile environments.
