The Role
You will join a dynamic disputes practice handling complex IP litigation covering copyright, trade marks, designs, and related contractual disputes. The role also includes advising on enforcement strategies, anti-piracy measures, and rights protection in digital markets. Working closely with experienced partners and industry specialists, you will gain exposure to both contentious and advisory work, with clear scope for progression and client contact.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-5 years’ post-qualified experience in IP litigation
- Strong knowledge of copyright, trade mark, or design disputes
- Excellent technical ability and attention to detail
- Confidence in handling clients within the media or technology sectors
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for developing within a specialist practice
