The Role
You will work within a nationally recognised Employment and HR practice, supporting a predominantly corporate client base across a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. The role offers exposure to complex and high-value disputes, general advisory work and corporate transactional support. As a senior team member, you will play an active role in business development, networking, thought leadership and client relationship management, while benefiting from the collaborative support of a large, expert team.

What They’re Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with circa 6+ years’ PQE in employment law
  • Strong experience handling employment disputes, including full Tribunal case management through to final hearing
  • Expertise in advising on a broad range of HR and employment issues, such as disciplinary, grievances, redundancies and discrimination
  • Skilled in drafting employment contracts, policies and handbooks, and advising on settlement agreements
  • Ability to deliver practical, strategic advice to employers and senior stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness combined with strong communication and client care skills
