The Role
This opportunity sits within a busy disputes team supporting on a broad range of contentious work, including English High Court litigation, complex commercial and financial disputes, investigations and enforcement matters, and international arbitration.
Associates are given meaningful responsibility, early client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with partners on strategically important cases. The role offers varied work across different dispute types and the chance to develop a well-rounded disputes practice within an international environment.
What They’re Looking For
- 2-4 PQE with strong experience in disputes work.
- Solid background in English commercial litigation.
- Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage complex matters and contribute effectively to case strategy.
- Experience in areas such as group actions, financial services disputes, investigations or arbitration is advantageous but not essential.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working as part of a high-performing team.
