Corporate Lawyer
The Client:
A diversified global commercial and investment group are looking for a 5-9 PQE corporate lawyer to join their legal team. you will be responsible for a range of legal matters across the business.
Working autonomously, you will advise on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters that are critical to the business’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate and commercial law advisory support on a wide range of matters to the Company and all internal stakeholders including at a senior level.
- Provide support on strategic corporate matters, governance, shareholder matters and ongoing corporate legal support
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements, tech, outsourcing vendor contracts, and customer terms and conditions.
- Provide general advice on ad-hoc legal matters as they arise
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be a 5-9 PQE Corporate lawyer, preferably with experience from a leading law firm or from in-house.
- Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
*Candidates outside of this PQE range with the prerequisite experience would be considered for this role.
