The Role
You will support senior lawyers on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, mixed-use and residential developments, and commercial lettings. The role offers significant client exposure and an opportunity to work closely with a major housing association client, gaining valuable experience in complex development and asset management matters. Full training and mentorship are provided to ensure your continued development within a collaborative and supportive environment.
What They’re Looking For
- NQ-2 years’ PQE with strong real estate training.
- Experience in acquisitions and disposals, mixed-use or residential development, and commercial lettings is desirable.
- Exposure to social housing work would be advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
