Commercial Legal Counsel (TPRM)

Global insurance business seeking a commercial lawyer to support legal risk management across supplier, vendor and outsourcing arrangements.

The role will focus on reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, advising on outsourcing and operational resilience requirements, and supporting third-party risk initiatives. You will also monitor regulatory developments, maintain contract templates and playbooks, and work closely with procurement, risk and business stakeholders.

Suitable for an England & Wales qualified lawyer (c.1-6 PQE) with strong commercial contracts experience. Exposure to financial services regulation (FCA, PRA. EIOPA, Lloyd’s), outsourcing or operational resilience would be beneficial but is not essential.
