Ruchi is a consultant in Taylor Root’s private practice team in Dubai. She works closely with leading law firms, including U.S., magic circle, silver circle and international law firms across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey to grow their Associate teams.
Prior to entering legal recruitment Ruchi was a consulting lawyer at Deloitte and practiced corporate law at a top law firm in Canada. Ruchi obtained her law degree in London and has lived across Canada, London and Dubai.
