Gwen graduated from Monash University in Australia with a law degree and was admitted as a lawyer in 2018. She spent three years as an in-house counsel in Singapore before moving into legal recruitment. Gwen joined Taylor Root’s market-leading private practice team in 2023 and is a specialist law firm recruiter, partnering with US, magic circle, silver circle and various international law firms, conducting searches at senior associate and associate level.
