We are working with a leading investment lawyer seeking a talented Private Funds Lawyer to join their legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to step into a strategic role at the heart of a dynamic investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Advising on private fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including investment, finance, and compliance teams
  • Manage relationships with external counsel and service providers
  • Contribute to broader legal strategy and risk management across the platform

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified lawyer (5-12PQE) with strong experience in private funds, ideally from a top-tier law firm or in-house
  • Good knowledge of fund structures and relevant regulatory frameworks
  • Commercially astute, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence at senior levels
