The Client:

A leading global insurance firm are looking for a 1-4 PQE corporate lawyer to join their legal team. Working autonomously, you will be responsible for a range of legal matters across the EMEA business.

Super flexible hybrid arrangement with only two days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with M&A transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including partnership agreements, supplier agreements, tech, outsourcing vendor contracts, and customer terms and conditions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of insurance specific contracts, including broker, distribution agreements, binding authority agreements etc.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will be a 1-4 PQE Corporate lawyer, preferably with experience in a law firm, or financial services/regulated environment.
  • Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

*Candidates outside of this PQE range with the prerequisite experience would be considered for this role.
