Our client, a top‑tier UK law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Principal Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in Birmingham.

The Role
The successful candidate will handle a broad mix of general and specialist non-contentious commercial property work. You will:
- Manage your own caseload of complex and high-value transactions
- Deliver clear, commercially focused advice across a wide range of property matters
- Supervise junior fee‑earners and support their development
- Work closely with partners on strategic and innovative projects
You will advise an impressive roster of clients across both the private and public sectors, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of commercial real estate work. Expect early responsibility, direct client contact, and a stimulating variety of matters from day one.
The Birmingham team has recognised expertise in advising:
- Universities and academic institutions
- Healthcare organisations
- Government and wider public sector bodies
- Corporate occupiers
You will also collaborate with the firm’s Corporate & Commercial group, providing real estate input on corporate transactions, financing matters and multi-disciplinary projects.
Work will also involve close interaction with construction, planning, real estate disputes, tax, corporate, environmental and procurement teams, as well as colleagues across the firm’s national Built Environment sector.
