Real Estate Finance Senior Associate/ Director
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced real estate finance lawyer to join its expanding national practice. The role has arisen due to internal movement and continued growth, offering the chance to step into a central position within a small but well‑formed team. The group advises a high‑quality borrower‑side client base, alongside select lender‑side mandates, and works collaboratively across several UK offices. This role can be based at any of their Manchester, Guildford or London offices.
The work focuses on large‑scale development and investment finance transactions, typically exceeding £100m and involving complex, multi‑property structures. You’ll manage sophisticated matters with autonomy and act opposite top‑tier firms. While development finance is the core of the practice, there is occasional exposure to general lending and acquisition finance, though this forms only a small part of the workload. The firm is seeking someone with 5+ years’ PQE who is confident handling complex transactions.
This role offers a clear pathway to partnership, with plans to expand senior leadership over the coming years. For those already operating at an advanced level, progression may be accelerated.
