Healthcare & Prosecutions Solicitor- Top Firm

Our client one of Ireland’s leading domestic firms is looking to expand their Healthcare & Prosecutions team in Dublin.

The successful candidate will advise on healthcare law, child protection law and regulatory prosecutions. The team acts on behalf of various statutory authorities including TUSLA Child and Family Agency, the Health Service Executive, private hospitals and local authorities and they do the majority of their own advocacy.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a related practice area and is keen to progress their career at a large firm.
