About the company:

A fast-growing independent providers of mental health hospitals and facilities is seeking a healthcare solicitor to join their legal team.

About the role:

Reporting to the Solicitor and Deputy Director of Policy and Regulation. You will provide legal advice to the business on all aspects of healthcare law. Key responsibilities include overseeing a diverse case load of contentious litigation matters. As well as providing advice and leadership on complex inquest matters, including the completion of witness statements and case file preparation. In addition to providing specific regulatory advice to the business in relation to regulators, including CQC, HIW and Ofsted.

About you:

The successful candidate will have at least 5 PQE. Ideally you will have experience of working in an in-house environment. Experience working with the mental health law sector is highly desirable. This role would suit someone who is tenacious, hard-working and who thrives in a complex environment.
