Our client is seeking to expand their Employment & Reward Group and is offering exciting opportunities for Employment Associates with 2 to 7 years’ PQE. Positions are available across several UK offices, including Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, and Manchester.

### **What You’ll Be Doing**
You will work on a wide range of high-profile matters, including:
– Strategic employment law advice
– Complex employment tribunal claims
– Cross-border employment issues
– Restructuring and redundancy projects
– Senior-level grievances, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases
– Executive recruitment, terminations, and compensation
– High-value litigation, including High Court matters
– M&A and outsourcing-related employment support
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives such as global change management, reward strategy, and gender pay gap audits.
### **What We’re Looking For**
We are looking for candidates who:
– Have 2-7 years’ PQE in employment law within a commercial practice
– Possess strong technical skills and a solid academic background
– Are commercially aware and understand the dynamics of working in a large, international firm
– Are excellent communicators and team players
– Are eager to contribute to the growth of the team and engage in cross-office initiatives
Experience in High Court litigation and an interest in M&A and outsourcing work will be advantageous.
