Role Overview:
As an Employment Solicitor (2PQE+), you will play a pivotal role in their Birmingham office, collaborating closely with senior and junior associates to provide comprehensive legal support to their esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and advise on various employment matters, with a specific emphasis on Employment Tribunal litigation. Additionally, there may be opportunities to engage in corporate support work, broadening your expertise and contributing to our firm’s holistic approach to client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
Assist in Employment Tribunal litigation, including case preparation, document drafting, and representation.
Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex employment cases, leveraging your expertise to achieve favorable outcomes for their clients.
Potentially engage in corporate support work, offering legal insight and guidance on employment-related aspects of corporate transactions.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in employment law.
Demonstrable experience in handling Employment Tribunal litigation is essential.
Strong academic background with a focus on employment law or related disciplines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
