You’ll advise property developers, contractors, funders, purchasers, tenants, public sector clients, and major corporates on high-value, high-profile construction and engineering projects across all sectors.

About the Team

The firm’s construction & engineering team is one of the largest and most respected in the UK. They provide proactive, realistic advice based on deep industry knowledge and practical experience. Their clients include leading developers, funders, contractors, public sector bodies, and major corporates.

The team acts for developers, contractors, and institutional investors on complex projects in sectors such as:

  • Real estate development
  • Logistics and e-fulfilment
  • Housing and regeneration
  • Infrastructure and energy
  • Healthcare, pharma, and life sciences
  • Retail, leisure, and hospitality

About You

You will be:

  • A qualified solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)
  • Experienced in construction law
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable dealing with clients under supervision
  • Calm under pressure and highly organised

You will have:

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to provide pragmatic, commercial advice
