A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Regulatory Relations Associate Director to join its Legal & Compliance team. Role Overview: As part of the Regulatory Relations team, you’ll support regulatory interactions, manage onsite examinations, and coordinate responses to global regulatory authorities. You’ll work cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions, facilitate meetings, and contribute to internal reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison with domestic and international regulators
  • Coordinate regulatory requests and onsite examinations
  • Prepare documentation, meeting materials, and internal reports
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc regulatory matters and risk mitigation
  • Monitor controls and ensure compliance with established procedures

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory affairs
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with global regulatory bodies (e.g., ESMA, FCA, MAS)
  • Experience in derivatives or financial markets is a plus
  • Flexibility to support global operations across time zones
